I have been challenged with environmental and food allergies, when I received my compiled list of food allergies, I felt at a loss for how to eat without being sick and had no idea what to do. I reached out to Lauren hoping she could give me some guidance and I was blown away by her vision of what was possible for me. She helped me transition to a plant based lifestyle to avoid my allergy triggers and still enjoy delicious meals. She has also helped me mentally and physically through online workouts.

I’ve lost 20 lbs but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve gained in knowledge and confidence.

I was overweight at 200lbs, but even more importantly, I was not happy. I spoke to Lauren and for the first time I felt like I was being heard. I felt like a failure because I had a perfectionist mindset and I was all in or all out. I had no balance, no understanding that it was okay to to be “bad” as I called it. I was experiencing many health ailments which I attributed to my poor diet.

Then I found Lauren DeYenno and my “ah-ha” moment. I finally found the key to making my changes stick!  I always held myself to such strict standards of accountability that I could not live up to them! In Lauren, I have found a way to eat healthy meals and to not be hungry. I have found acceptance and understanding with myself and my expectations. In the last couple of months all of those ailments I was experiencing have pretty much disappeared.

I look forward to a long journey with her and this group and I am incredibly thankful to feel in control of my life again!
